Ezra Baderman’s poster series subverts the power of advertising by salvaging posters directly from the streets of Tel Aviv and highjacking their meaning by crudely editing them to colourfully convey messages of peace, self-growth, and investigating jewish identity. He also turns them into talismans, imbuing the posters with mystical, magical and esoteric symbols.
